Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actor and singer from the United States. She has received best-recognition for her performances in Nashville in the 2012 drama in which she played Layla Grant. She also received the award for Sharknado 2013 where she played Claudia Shepard. She played the leading role Jerrica Jem Benton in the movie of 2015 Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. Her older sister is Ally. Aubrey was a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre during her early years. Her graduation ceremony from Lake Mary Preparatory School was an address to the class' valedictory in 2012. Harvard University admitted her, but she needed to be able to consent to her admission the second time because of her Nashville performance. Peeples played in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally and Ally Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and NecessaryRoughness (1991) as a Guest Star. She was in television films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009) as well as The Good Mother. The Good Mother was the show's second season. she was cast as Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in a 2019 interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the best actors aged under twenty years of age in September 2014.
